The breakfast was good and all the workers were very kind, with big smiles.

I think that they need to be more careful about the cleaning and also with the appliances in the toilet! It was good for two days

Sadly, it isn’t worth the money. Will not stay there again.

The location is fine, central, close to the mosque and everything one may want. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful.

There was a cockroach in the room. No hot water in the shower. The room itself is dusty and worn out.

The stay was really good except the noises at night.

The room was really great and we had a little balcony which was nice, the view wasn’t the best but that isn’t the fault of the hotel, the breakfast was really good.

There was a noisy street nearby and the balcony door didn’t close 100% so it was a bit loud at night.

This hotel was affordable option near the CTM bus station for our short 1-day stopover in Casablanca. Upon check-in the staff arranged an airport taxi for our early flight the next morning (though there was some confusion about this at 5:30am the next morning, it was quickly resolved).

The room itself was clean enough, but some of the blankets were stained, and the sink was leaky (upon check-in it already had a bucket underneath to catch the dripping water). Though the description on Booking.com indicated the property accepted credit card, we were told the card machine was 'broken' at check-in and had to pay with cash.

Very good breakfast buffet. Room was nice and clean. Shower with consistent warm water and good pressure. For MAD 330 inlc. city tax and breakfast I consider it extremely good value.

The window doesn't close tight so the traffic was rather loud. Only one blanket that was thin and I got a bit cold.

It was a comfortable bed and the staff were very friendly.

It is very rundown but considering what I paid and wanted a place to sleep before getting a train the next day I was happy.

Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel. It was good value for money. Staff were very helpful.

The location was very good. Very close to the city center. Breakfast was included and it was good. Staff were very good and friendly.

The toilet bowl flush was defective: every time I try to flush after toilet, it did not flush properly.

Pretty decent hotel experience overall

Good AC, balcony has lovely view of nearby area, beds and facilities were good. Situated right next to a supermarket and also close to a good cheap place to eat that did great food. Breakfast was alright.

Elevator seems sketchy but is alright.

The rooms could use a makeover there's definitely room for improvement specially the bathroom.

Happy customer!

I loved the Bell Boy who opened the door, carried your luggage, answered questions and more. He has a great smile and personality . The ladies in the dining room are very nice and do a great job feeding everyone breakfast ????. The guys at the front desk helped as needed.

In my first room there was an issue with the shower that did not get fixed. I was moved to another room that was in the front of the building that was really nice.

Good

Good budget hotel in the middle of the city. Room was basic but comfortable and clean and plenty of space. Air con was very good and bed comfy. Reception staff were helpful and welcoming. Good choice if you're looking for somewhere close to the bus station as it's only a few minute walk from there. Good supermarket across the road too.

Location was average in terms of accessing all the good things to do and see and everything was a bit of a walk. It was very noisy too and we were woken a few times in the middle of the night. Breakfast was very average so don't expect much, but fine to grab a coffee in the morning.
